Some roads on Florida are under upgrade. For exemple the US 192 between Kissimmee and Melbourne (Ocean Coast). I saw it in 2004 and I'm going in a few weeks. I'll see the new sections.
The Interstate 4 accross Orlando was upgrated too. 2x4 ways minimum. But when you go to Tampa, the ways are only 2x2.
